SHIPPING
Lovescript offers shipping via USPS. Normally we can fill and ship your order within one week. Occasionally your order may take up to 5-10 business days. We will alert you if this is the case. If you are in a hurry to get your scrumptious products, choose an expedited form of shipping. Let us know in the customer comments section and we will do our best to rush your order.
SHIPPING RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS
$4.95 per order plus $1.00 for each physical item in the order.
PACKAGING
Lovescript is conscious of our packaging outlay and the environment. Because of this we reuse clean shipping boxes where possible as well as packing peanuts from our suppliers. We request that you reuse or recycle any of the packaging sent to you. We're all in this together and appreciate your help!
SALES TAX
Lovescript is required to collect 10.25% Sales Tax on all orders purchased within California.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order up to the time of shipping. Please contact us at info@lovescript.com with the order number, name, and address of the order you wish to cancel.
RETURNS
Please contact us before returning any merchandise. You may contact us at info@lovescript.com. Please explain the reason for your return or exchange. Your comments are very important to us.
Returned items should be new and unused, in their original packaging. Items must be received within 30 days of order. Please do not ship items without first contacting us. Lovescript is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you receive products which were damaged in transit, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials.

For your security, please return your item with a reliable courier and retain your order information. Lovescript is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Lovescript is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
BACKORDERS
If an item in your order is currently out of stock, we will contact you immediately via email.
SHELF LIFE
You can help extend the life of your products by storing them in their closed container in a cool, dry, dark environment. Avoid getting water into a product's container when using in the shower or tub.
CRUELTY FREE
We respect all living creatures and therefore never test any of our products on animals. All of our products ARE tested, however, on live human beings. So far, with great success (and requests for more)!
